Suicide&Co supports bereaved individuals and opens the conversation around suicide-related grief.

They have their own Helpline which you can call at 0800 054 8400 from 9am-9pm Monday to Friday to speak to a counsellor.

Support After Suicide Partnership

Support After Suicide Partnership provides online support and advice, including an option to search for local support.

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SoBS) exists to meet the needs and overcome the isolation experienced by people over 18 who have been bereaved by suicide.

They have a National Support Line which you can call at 0300 111 5065 from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Winston's Wish

The Freephone National Helpline is free to call on 08088 020 021 and offers therapeutic advice following a bereavement.
