Lived experience is at the core of our organisation, through the Luna Lived Experience Network of people with direct lived experience of parental suicide.

Case Study
An example of our consultancy is the work commissioned by Portsmouth City Council to improve the support for children and young people bereaved by suicide across the city. This project included the following:
- Co-chairing a full-day workshop on childhood suicide bereavement for a range of agencies and organisations operating across the city
- Developing suicide bereavement training sessions for ELSAs working in schools throughout Portsmouth
- Helping to develop suicide prevention and postvention protocol for schools and colleges in the area
- Producing suicide bereavement guides for professionals working with children and young people, and parent/carers after a suicide in the family
